Post Birth Doula

 
Post-natal doulas are there to make the transition easier.  We provide individual in-home care services and support to families with a newborn.  Doulas help to design a support plan that will meet their unique needs for new parents, baby, and sibling care. You may wish for short term support until family arrive to assist, or for extended period of support until you feel able to confidently manage the care of your baby including bathing, breastfeeding and rest.

 
This package includes:

• Home and baby care to allow rest for new mums.
• Assistance with breast and/or bottle feeding and newborn care.
•  Emotional support to help with new parent stress and post-natal blues.
•  Support for siblings to enjoy the positive experience of the new baby.
• Provision of helpful information on infant care and community resources.
