  Firstly, congratulations on the news of an addition to your family. Whether this is your first of subsequent pregnancy, you deserve to enjoy and be supported in every part of this birth from conception to baby.

Frequently we find, in the UAE, immediate family such as parents, siblings and friends are not able to be on hand to provide the level of support and comfort as would be usual in your home country both before and after the birth of your baby. 

A doula is able to fill the role of support person during pregnancy, the birth, as as well as provide both emotional and practical support in your home post birth.

Our goal as doulas is to enable women to have the most satisfying and empowered experience that she can during pregnancy, birth and in the early weeks as a new mother.
